God Is Still Speaking
A teaching about hearing God, trusting His voice, and being led by the Spirit.
There are seasons in life where silence can make us wonder, “God, are You still speaking?” Sometimes the battles become loud, the waiting becomes long, and circumstances try to convince us that Heaven has become quiet.
But the truth remains: God has not stopped speaking.
The same God who spoke in the beginning and said, “Let there be light,” is the same Father who still brings light into dark places today. His voice still carries wisdom, correction, comfort, direction, and life.
Jesus said:
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”
— John 10:27
God’s children are not abandoned without direction. The Father still leads His people. Sometimes He speaks through His Word. Sometimes He speaks through the Holy Spirit bringing peace, conviction, dreams, wisdom, or confirmation. But everything He speaks will always align with His truth.
There are moments when we desire a loud answer, but God may be teaching us how to recognize His gentle leading. The more time we spend in His presence, the more familiar we become with His voice.
Don’t allow a hard season to make you believe God has forgotten you. Don’t let the waiting convince you that He is absent. Many times, God is working behind the scenes while He is also preparing something inside of you.
The Father is still revealing.
The Father is still guiding.
The Father is still correcting.
The Father is still comforting.
The Father is still speaking.
Quiet the noise. Return to prayer. Return to His Word. Return to the secret place.
The question is not whether God is still speaking.
The question is: Are we positioning our hearts to hear?
Be still. Be sensitive. Be ready.
God is still speaking.
